Casa Vieja is over 150 years old and has been beautifully restored keeping its authentic, rustic style of tiled floors and wooden shuttered windows, its nestled amongst olive and almond groves in the heart of Andalucia.
A wonderful, tranquil location with stunning scenery, even sea views from the private roof terrace. It offers a high degree of privacy having 3 of its own terraces, BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining, and additional sun bathing terraces with a large swimming pool in the well established pretty gardens.

The master bedroom has a sumptious double bed along with a en suite shower room with French doors leading onto private roof terrace.
The twin room also with en suite shower room, both having magnificent views across the Andalucian countryside.

A Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, oven microwave, fridge/freezer, iron/board and all utensils. A lovely lounge with sofas, sky television, videos,dvd player, stereo and a variety of videos and dvds to choose from.

Fantastic views of the Mazmullar remains can be seen from the front terrace.

Master bedroom, en-suite, with double bed and private roof terrace with fantastic views.
Twin bedded 2nd bedroom, en-suite, with superb mountain views.

En-suite to master bedroom. En-suite to 2nd bedroom.

Comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and 2 sofas. Satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of dvds and a Video player (some childrens videos supplied,stereo. CD/tape/radio music system.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:

All linen and towels are provided (please bring beach/pool towels). If your stay is for 1 week or more clean sheets are available on request. Professionaly cleaned between lets.

Notes on accommodation
This 'old house' has been restored to a comfortable standard whilst retaining the typical Andalucian country features of tiled floors and wooden shuttered windows etc.
Please note that although Casa Vieja appears as a detached villa and affords a high degree of privacy, the owners accommodation adjoins it at the rear of the property.
Swimming Pool is shared with guests of Butterfly cottage when occupied.

Outside
The Master bedroom has a private roof terrace with fantastic views.
The established garden features a large pool (irregular shape 10m x 6m approximately and 1m/1.5m deep). Large sunny terrace with sunloungers and barbecue. There are 3 private terraces to this property.
Casa Vieja is approached from the Malaga road down a short,driveway – some 300m from the road. Parking is just outside the house on the gravel driveway.
There is also the use of a table tennis table. Outside Mariposas the old front door is approached via the established pretty cottage garden with a BBQ, table and chairs below a shady almond tree.There is also a private sun bathing terrace. The established garden (shared with Casa Vieja) features a large pool (irregular shape 10m x 6m approximately and 1m/1.5m deep). Large sunny terrace with sunloungers.
